DCI was pleased to see three of its recent projects named by the Associated Builders & Contractors – Wisconsin Chapter as 2023 Projects of Distinction!
The Wilderness Tree House Cabins in Wisconsin Dells, WI, were submitted by project partner Holtz Builders, Inc. of Lake Delton, WI. Eight new mountain modern guest cabins were partially inspired by the film The Little Rascals. With three stories and 3,910 square feet, each cabin can accommodate up to 22, creating a unique vacationer community near downtown Dells. This project received the ABC Silver Award under the categories General Contractor, Commercial, and $2 Million to $10 Million.
Great Wolf Lodge – Buckets Restaurant & Restroom Renovation
A renovation of existing spaces at Great Wolf Lodge in Wisconsin Dells received the ABC Gold Award under General Contractor and Restoration & Renovation in 2023. Along with partner Holtz Builders (HBI), ADCI worked to bring new life to the resort’s existing in-house restaurant and waterpark restrooms. The project also included a refurbishment of the restaurant’s commercial kitchen, adding 522 square feet.
Wilderness Wild West Indoor Water Park & Swimm’n Chick’n Restaurant
Another Wilderness (Wisconsin Dells) project, and another collaboration with HBI: significant updates to one of the resort’s indoor waterparks and the adjacent restaurant were made in 2023. This project features a modernization of the restaurant, which overlooks the waterpark area via large picture windows, as well as additions to the park itself, including a new swim-up bar and western themed cabanas. This project was also recognized with the ABC Gold Award under General Contractor and Restoration & Renovation.
