Windsor Municipal Building

ADCI has been working with staff and officials in the Village of Windsor, WI for the past year on the architectural and interior design for a 31,658 SF new municipal building located in the Village’s redeveloped downtown.

This project included multiple meetings with the Village, on topics ranging from storm water management to lobby display case finishes.

ADCI was able to aid and advise the Village on issues including effective use of space, accessibility, sustainability, reducing maintenance costs, highlighting the Village’s vision of “Growing Forward,” and much more.

The result is a comprehensive set of construction documents and a bid that came in under budget, to the great satisfaction of Village officials.
