This new, limited-service hotel was envisioned as a Madison metro trendsetter. Tru by Hilton redefined the midscale market. Its vibe is young, energetic and high-tech yet simple and affordable - appealing to Millennials and value-conscious travelers who share the Millennial mindset. Part of the Kettle Park West multi-use development, the hotel captures both business and leisure travelers.

The spacious hotel lobby is multi-functional with a work alcove, lounge, games area and breakfast/dining space. Access to both an outdoor patio and a fitness room are directly off the lobby, and the indoor pool is just steps away.

Architectural design goals focused on keeping the upfront facility cost in-check while incorporating low-maintenance materials and finishes for operational efficiency without sacrificing aesthetics or the guest experience. By skillfully controlling the initial investment outlay and long-term operating costs, Tru can position itself firmly in the midscale market and provide a solid ROI for investors.
