As Executive Vice President of ADCI, Bill's responsibility is to ensure the firm's success as it relates to operational performance. He provides the ADCI team a support level of management that seeks to provide a quality design process, on schedule and on budget. The main focus is always on client satisfaction. Through the course of Bill's career, he has been a carpenter, construction site superintendent, construction project manager/estimator and architectural field administrator.
