In his role as chief executive officer, Bill provides the ADCI team a support level of management that delivers a quality design process, on schedule and in budget, with its prime focus always on client satisfaction. As a project manager, Bill brings more than 40 years of expansive professional experience. Throughout the course of his career, Bill has also been a carpenter, construction site superintendent, construction project manager/estimator and architectural field administrator.

That diverse and detailed experience is leveraged to skillfully guide clients and our team of design professionals through value engineering and project management from conceptual budgets through project completion. Having worked in the construction industry for many years, Bill has garnered experience and insight that enables him to develop realistic concept budgets. As ADCI’s primary concept budget developer, clients benefit from that deep experience with highly accurate, reliable decision-making information.
