Bob has more than 45 years of experience in the design/construction industry and has held positions including CEO, project superintendent, estimator, project manager, civil and architectural engineer, project designer and structural engineer. Bob’s initial partnership with local entrepreneurs has led ADCI to our position as the top indoor waterpark resort architects, designing over 10 times more indoor waterpark resort than our closest competitor worldwide. As a people person, Bob’s casual, personal relationship style with each client makes every partnership a team of honesty, integrity and mutual respect.
