Project Coordinator

Experienced project coordinator to help our architectural design team take its efficiency to the next level

You will work directly with project architects and project managers supporting them through varied project coordination tasks related to commercial architectural projects being managed by ADCI's Lake Delton and Madison offices.

responsibility Highlights
  • Performs project coordination and administrative tasks as directed by project architects and project managers on commercial architectural projects.
  • Coordinates work through Microsoft Teams and Teams meetings to provide support directly or remotely for staff in both Lake Delton and Madison ADCI office locations.
  • Attends in-person and virtual meetings to document project notes.
  • Prepares meeting agendas and schedule meetings both in-house and virtual.
  • Assists in preparation of meeting documents and presentation materials.
  • Performs routine word processing for meeting notes, log and distribute to project team.
  • Manages and coordinates project Milestone Schedules.
  • Assists in tracking project Action Items for project team.
  • Performs project document coordination and project filing.
  • Works with vendors and order product and material samples.
  • Assists in specification information gathering and coordination.
  • Researches local jurisdiction submittal requirements, contacts, etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with and understanding of commercial building construction is highly recommended.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to remain organized with multiple interruptions.
  • Solid PC skills and a demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
